TestimonySong creates custom, personalized songs based on the stories, testimonies, and information you provide. Each song is uniquely created for you and delivered digitally.

3. Pricing and Payment

The current price for a custom TestimonySong is $99 USD. Rush delivery is available for an additional $140 USD. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery is within 7 days of purchase. Rush delivery orders will be completed within 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your song, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a personal license to use, share, and play your custom song for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share the song at personal events, church services, and on social media. Commercial use, resale, or distribution of the song is prohibited.

7. Content Guidelines

You agree to provide content that is truthful, does not infringe on any third party's rights, and does not contain hate speech, obscenity, or illegal content. We reserve the right to refuse service for any content that violates these guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

TestimonySong is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
